HERE IS THE BREAKDOWN

  • A 90 minute private Zoom session. The session will break down into three categories: goal setting for 2020, planning out your race season and then setting up your annual training plan with your race season in mind.

  • 7 days of Voxer support from 10am-5pm to make sure the plan is properly implemented.

  • Included a minimum of 15 workouts (5 swim, 5 bike, 5 run) focused on improving your limiters.
